The sermon will touch on these and other topics by focusing on one of the extraordinary people of our heritage, Judith Sargent Murray. Judith was a mother and a religious educator, but as we touch on one after another of her accomplishments we’ll still wind up saying, “But wait, there’s more.” Not convinced? In 1790 she became the first published American feminist author. The choir will be performing music from our UU heritage. This is their last service before Music Sunday and summer break. Our RE teachers will be honored during the 11:15 service and in the Fellowship Hall after services.
